New cookery DVDs

I have to say that as a foody and ex cook I am in my element !! We have just received a stack of cookery DVD’s that will no doubt compliment our library’s extensive cookery section. The section is located mainly in the 641′s on level 2.
We have the Naked Chef, The Cook and the Chef, Floyd Uncorked and Kylie Kwongs China just to name a few. See below for the details

For some great lamb chops simply marinate in lemon juice, sliced lemon and garlic. Cook on the BBQ or frypan and season to taste.
