I always find that I fall into cooking the same old stuff for lunch and dinner. When I realise this I grab a recipe book for some inspiration. Monday night was one such occasion.  I had the pleasure of cooking “Smoked Paprika chicken with lemon” which was a lovely change from the norm.

Give it a go……. It is very easy. Click the link for the recipe.

If you dont feel like doing the cooking let the crew at The Apprentice  restaurant do it for you. For a sample menu click here and if you have any queries contact the Functions Manager on (02) 9217 5527.
