| • help match the right skills with the right jobs in manufacturing – www.skills4jobs.net.au is a skills and job matching tool that lets employers nominate specific skill requirements, prioritise the most important skill needs, register a job vacancy and generate a ranked list of available candidates who would suit that job. |
| • help enterprises to manage workforce development – www.mskillsmanager.net.au is a complete workforce development tool to help enterprises build and manage workforce capability. With MskillsManager you can analyse work requirements, link work activities to CSUs, develop work specifications, create competency profiles, undertake skills audits and analyse training needs. |
