Retail Services Continuous Improvement

We have commenced the continuous improvement on the retail and wholesale industries skill standards with a discussion paper.

The discussion paper forms the basis for the initial collection of information and feedback that will be used to develop recommendations on improvements to be made to the training package. We will also be meeting with industry stakeholders to further discuss these issues.

Feedback needs to be provided to Service Skills Australia by Friday 9 April, 2010. It can be given in a number of ways either through our online feedback register, or direct contact with Service Skills by phone, fax or email to kbeattie@serviceskills.com.au.

The review of the community pharmacy industry standards is being dealt with in a separate discussion paper.
