Continuous Improvement of WRH06 Hairdressing Training Package

The WRH06 Hairdressing Training Package Service is currently under continuous improvement. As part of the scoping stage of the continuous improvement process, a discussion paper was released in November 2009 seeking feedback on the current training package and areas for improvement. A report that contains a summary of the feedback and findings gathered through the scoping stage and has been developed and will be released later this month. The report will include recommended actions to be undertaken toward the improvement of the training package and will be available on our website. Ongoing feedback is encouraged throughout this project via our online feedback register, or direct contact with Service Skills by phone, fax or email.
