Community pharmacy discussion paper now available

We have commenced scoping of the community pharmacy industry to identify changing issues industry wide and the evolving job roles within in the industry. Through our environmental scan a number of issues including customer service, sustainability and changing technologies were identified as areas to investigate of updating or inclusion into the national industry standards. This discussion paper also explores the changing expectation within job roles in the industry. The discussion paper is available on the project page on the Service Skills Australia website.
