More choice within training packages

These changes include more choice from a broader range of units to allow one sixth of total units to be included from other qualifications in a Training Package, other Training Packages, and accredited courses. Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) will be able to offer learners and employers more choices to cover their specific needs from within and outside their industry areas. There is a time frame attached to the implementation of these changes over 2010.
