New guide for Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

A new guide has been developed by Shea Consulting for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) currently delivering the Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. It takes the reader through a step-by-step approach to implementing integrated training and assessment activities for the full qualification, and provides a ‘good practice’ model on how units of competency can be clustered for training and assessment purposes
