Thanks for the comments, as librarians we really push the importance of copyright to our students. Your comment is spot on about some countries including, but not exclusive to, China don’t have any appreciation of copyright. As we have a large percent of our student population at St George College who are non English speakers and many new migrants we thought it would be a good idea to do a podcast not just in English but also in other community languages.

I think it is important for young people to have an allowance, particularly if they cannot find a job or get access to further study. I don’t want to see them becoming homeless or joining criminal gangs.
