Australian Library & Information Week 2009

Well, Library & Information Week 2009 is in full swing at St George College Library.  There have been  numerous activities to celebrate our week ,such as our 1st ever book sale, a book hospital, the community jigsaw, and National Simultaneous Storytime for the children at Kameruka Cottage (St George College’s Child Care Centre) with plenty of songs and cupcakes (thanks to Carol) .

Three competitions are being run – the ”Crossword”, “Guess how many M&Ms in the jar” and “Passport – getting to know the  library.”  We hope you have enjoyed Library Week.  Thanks to all those who helped celebrate this week with us.   Keep checking the blog for a wrap up and photos  to follow.
