Chocolate in the Library?
May 27th, 2008 by ssummersmorrow in events
I wonder if you noticed a large jar of chocolates in the library last week? Shino Nagatani certainly did when she guessed that there were 71 precisely. She seemed happy enough when she collected her prize earlier today.
There was also a mystery item in a box (a swiss army knife if you were wondering), a quiz and a puzzle of Anne Hathaway’s house (Shakespeare’s wife, not the actress in The Devil wears Prada). A fashion and art exhibit also featured courtesy of our talented students.
What were all these non-library things doing in the library you might ask? It was library week and it was meant to show that the library isn’t just about books, it’s for everyone!
Cheers,
Josh (the newbie Librarian with the arm in a sling)
P.S. the puzzle hasn’t been finished yet. Come in and place the last piece!
