new environment databases
February 28th, 2010 by cwright3 in eResources, new library resources
TAFE NSW Libraries have added two new environmental resources to our list of databases – Environment Complete and the Sustainability Reference Centre.
These contribute to DET’s sustainability education focus to educate for a sustainable future and guide staff and students to implement sustainable practice in the workplace and the learning environment.
Coverage: human impact on the environment and applicable areas of agriculture, ecosystem ecology, energy, renewable energy sources, natural resources, marine & freshwater science, geography, pollution & waste management, environmental technology, environmental law, public policy, social impacts, urban planning.
Just go to the SI library webpage, click ‘information databases’ and ‘database login page’. You will need to ask at your college library for the password.
