Couple of new things for me I had not seen CollabraCam, wow what a cool app, I have seen an equivalent for taking multiple photos using multiple IOS devices but not video.
Had not seen Windows Live Movie Maker yet either, is this the WIN 7 version of the old buggy windows movie maker I wonder. There are so many compelling video editing solutions available now, especially for mobile devices like phones and tablets. IOS has iMovie as an IOS app now for iphone and ipad. Adobe has Adobe Premiere Express a totally web based editing solution and offcoure you can edit movies totally online with youtibe.
There has never been a bette time to use video in education. :>

Your welcome to use the handouts as required, Paulis also emailed a very useful Powerpoint on Moodle. Ning is a very flexible platform, and can do anything fakebook can, without any IP or privacy issues. We have a great blog platform available for teachers, based on the WordPress platform it’s fully podcast enabled and will provide a iTunes compliment feed for convenient subscription.

Great Links Tanya! I use prezi and stupeflix a lot. I’ve had students log their learning in prezi, upload it to their blog and present to the class. Haven’t used stupeflix for a while because I think they changed there account settings. Now the free account only gives a minute of video (it used to be unlimited).

Great work Con. Has everyone got on board with the portal logon to Moodle now? Equella is fully functional now and all staff can log into the front end of Equella and upload resources in addition to Moodle.
