Congratualtions. This is really good. One comment I might add is that often students only leave their Chinese names and a teacher might have dozens of students. I always ask my students to state the class they are in.

There’s another podcast coming in which the student doesn’t get a real teacher answering th ephone, but a recorded message. We’ll make sure they leave more details then.
Maybe you could record one in which the teacher who answers the phone is not the student’s teacher, but the only teacheer with a phone in the office,which I believe happens to you all the time!
