Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)

This course is for people who wish to develop the skills to be able to train and assess in the Australian vocational education and training (VET) sector.

You will learn how to plan, organise and deliver training, plan and implement assessment activities and how to design training programs that meet client needs.

This course is subject to demand.

Date: Tuesday 6th November 2011

You will learn about a range of business equipment, procedures and technology as well as dealing with customers and clients, writing skills for work and organising self.

This is a full time course that will run at Sutherland for one year and is for Aboriginal people interested in a career as a Trade Cook. At completion of the course students will gain a Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
