The ABS has just released the results of the 2011–2012 Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) coordinated by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) which measures Skill levels in literacy, numeracy and problem solving in technology-rich environments.
