Nancy White is an instructor and founding partner of Full Circle Training who Develop collaboration and facilitation strategies, communications, planning and Internet collaboration solutions for non-profits, organizations and businesses.

In this interview Nancy discusses disconnect between research and practice and the relationship between knowledge and social responsibility for change. Nancy outlines the importance of teachers being connected to a network of practitioners outside the formal learning space to connect the learning to real practice.

The Thought Leaders Series comprises a range of interviews with Australian and international individuals who are leaders and innovators in fields relevant to flexible educational practice.
